Mercado

On Sundays and holidays the "Mercado de Las Pulgas de Usaquen" is open, an outdoor market located a couple miles to the east of us near the mountains. We took a taxi over there to take a look. There were well over 100 booths spread across several blocks, along with street entertainers.

We gave each girl 20,000 pesos (only $6) to buy what they like. It didn't take long.

This man asks people their first name, and bends wire to make their name in an effort to sell the trinket to them. The girls didn't buy it.

We had dinner in the apartment, then played Uno.

The girls are winding up the day watching TV and playing with our iPads.

Our FANA helper changes from Annette to Maria Teresa, who we will meet tomorrow.

I have scheduled a tourist day with Jorge on Wednesday, the driver who picked us up at the airport. We would like to take the tram up the mountain, and I don't know what else.
